Who are Members?
The members of the Institute are drawn from the professional staff in tourism and hospitality and allied fields in the supply, education, training and all other areas associated with these sectors.
Membership covers the personnel involved in the management of the industry, tradespeople involved in the preparation and service of food and beverage and the professionals involved in the support of the industry by the provision of products, equipment, training, supplies and services.
